We act between verified buyers and sellers, representing interests, aligning counter parties, and ensuring every engagement is structured, verified, and mandate-led from the outset.

Our clients include trading companies, private individuals, and institutional counter parties who require discretion, efficiency, and a relationship-led approach to procurement and transaction facilitation. We focus on quality over volume, working selectively to ensure every engagement is intentional and professionally handled.

Each engagement begins with a clear understanding of the clients objectives and parameters. Allowing us to operate with precision rather than speculation. We do not advertise supply list, list inventory publicly, or engage in unsolicited pitching. Instead we facilitate structured transactions through trusted counterparts across our global network.

What We Do

We facilitate private access to commodity markets and mandate-led transactions through a relationship driven, off-market approach. Acting as an intermediary between verified buyers and sellers, we manage introductions, align counter parties, and support the process through to execution. With discretion and structure at every stage.

Select Asset Acquisition

For select clients, we also facilitate private acquisition of luxury assets, including timepieces, prestige vehicles, private aviation and marine assets, through off-market channels and trusted intermediaries.

Commodities & Mandate Engagement

Acting under mandate, we facilitate introductions between verified buyers and sellers across fuel, metals and large-scale supply agreements. We do not act as the seller of record, but operate as an intermediary representing interests and aligning counter parties through a structured mandate-led approach.

How It Works

  • Engagements begin via direct enquiry or trusted introduction. Initial discussions focus on alignment, intent and suitability.

  • Once aligned, we formalise the engagement through a mandate, defining scope, parameters and authority to act.

  • Assets are sourced discreetly through our established network of counter parties, owners and suppliers.

  • We facilitate access, introductions, and execution support through completion, subject to availability and third-party conditions.

Built on long-standing relationships across verified suppliers and trusted intermediaries, the firm operates on the belief that access, precision, and execution define true value. Every engagement is mandate led, personal, and guided by a long term commitment to trust and outcomes.

    Dr. Clement Naidoo is a senior petroleum and energy executive with 25+ years of international experience, based in Fujairah, UAE, and previously held senior roles at Intertek. He specialises in petroleum and energy products such as diesel (EN590), fuel oil, marine fuels, and Jet A1, as well as agricultural commodities including sugar, sulphur, fertilisers, wheat, corn, soybeans, and coffee. Known for operational discipline and commercial integrity, he has led multi-country trading operations built on reliable, consistent delivery.
